Environmental Shakespeare

This ACE-supported project was a collaboration between UnderSong Productions, Rose Bruford North and Bolton School. Designed and made in the North of England, it invited Bolton’s primary school children to engage with Shakespeare’s nature and climate-themed plays.

Through a festival of performances, workshops and online resources support, children and their teachers watched, listened and then made their own Shakespeare plays with the focus being the vitality and power of Youth Voice in these challenging environmental times.
